The Problem |
Sick building syndrome, (SBS) has
become a very big
problem with many newer commercial and residential buildings today.
A building with an SBS problem is any unhealthy building but in
particular any building that people get sick when they spend time in
it. One of the reasons is because of how well sealed
today's homes are, the more we seal them the more likely we will
have a sick building. We end up sealing in molds, VOC's (Volatile
organic compounds), and other pollutants such as so called aerosol and plug in
"air fresheners", "cleaners", etc. as well as new materials in new
construction can have similar affects. |

Most
homes, offices only require to have periodic ozone shock treatments
(usually every 1-2 years or as needed). |
